How to Create and Manage Custom Filters in the Active Leads Pipeline

Step 1: Open the Active Leads Pipeline

Go to the Active Leads section in REsimpli.

Step 2: Open the Manage Filter Menu

Click Manage Filter located above the lead statuses on the right side.

Step 3: Create a New Filter

Select Add New Filter and choose the filter parameters you want to use, such as:

  • Campaign

  • Drip Campaign Status

  • Follow-Up Timeline

  • Other lead conditions

Step 4: Configure Filter Values

Set the specific values for each parameter, then click Continue.

Step 5: Apply or Save the Filter

You can:

  • Click Apply Filter for one-time use

  • Save the filter for future use

When saving, you can:

  • Add a filter name and description

  • Share the filter with team members

  • Give view or edit access

  • Save it inside a folder for organization

Step 6: Run Saved Filters

Access saved filters from the filter tabs or filter list and click the Play button to run them again.

Step 7: Edit or Manage Existing Filters

Use Manage Existing Filters to:

  • Edit filter settings

  • Organize filters into folders

  • Update sharing permissions

  • Delete unused filters

Step 8: Understand Live Filter Updates

Saved filters are dynamic and automatically update based on the filter conditions whenever they are run.
