How to Filter Data in the Active Leads Pipeline

Step 1: Open the Active Leads Pipeline

Go to the left-side menu and select Active Leads.

Step 2: Use Pre-Built Filters

REsimpli provides built-in filters such as:

  • Follow-Up Filters

  • Incomplete Info Filters

  • Failed SMS Filters

  • Seller Appointment Filters

  • Offer Filters

  • Contract Filters

Step 3: Create a Custom Filter

Click My Filter, then select Add Filter.

Step 4: Choose Filter Parameters

Select the criteria you want to filter by, such as:

  • Lead Created Date

  • Campaign

  • Lead Status

  • Other available fields

Step 5: Configure Filter Values

Set the filter values or date range, then click Continue.

Step 6: Apply or Save the Filter

You can:

  • Run the filter without saving

  • Save the filter for future use by entering a filter name

Click Save and Apply to use the saved filter.

Step 7: Remove or Reuse Filters

  • Click the X beside the filter to remove it

  • Use the More menu to rerun saved filters anytime
