How to Filter Data in the Active Leads Pipeline
Step 1: Open the Active Leads Pipeline
Go to the left-side menu and select Active Leads.
Step 2: Use Pre-Built Filters
REsimpli provides built-in filters such as:
Follow-Up Filters
Incomplete Info Filters
Failed SMS Filters
Seller Appointment Filters
Offer Filters
Contract Filters
Step 3: Create a Custom Filter
Click My Filter, then select Add Filter.
Step 4: Choose Filter Parameters
Select the criteria you want to filter by, such as:
Lead Created Date
Campaign
Lead Status
Other available fields
Step 5: Configure Filter Values
Set the filter values or date range, then click Continue.
Step 6: Apply or Save the Filter
You can:
Run the filter without saving
Save the filter for future use by entering a filter name
Click Save and Apply to use the saved filter.
Step 7: Remove or Reuse Filters
Click the X beside the filter to remove it
Use the More menu to rerun saved filters anytime
