Overview
Global search finds a lead from anywhere in REsimpli. Type a name, pick the right result, and the lead opens.
It saves navigating to the right pipeline and filtering when you already know who you are looking for.
Steps
Step 1: Open the search bar
Click the search bar at the top of your screen. It will open up.
Step 2: Type what you are looking for
Enter the lead's name.
As you type, REsimpli loads every seller lead in your account matching that name.
Step 3: Pick the right result
Click either the property address or the lead's name in the results.
Step 4: View the lead
The lead opens in a new tab, so whatever you were working on stays open behind it.
Important Notes
Results open in a new tab. Your original page is not replaced, which is useful when you are checking something mid-task.
Searching a first name returns everyone matching, so include a surname when you have several results.
You can click either the name or the property address — both open the same lead.
Global search is available from anywhere in REsimpli, not just from the leads pipeline.
Troubleshooting
Too many results
Add the surname rather than searching a first name alone.
No results
Check the spelling. Global search matches against the names on your records.
You lost the page you were on
You have not — the lead opens in a new tab, so your original page is still there.
