Step 1: Open the Lead Record
Navigate to the lead you want to market to potential buyers.
Step 2: Open the Cash Buyers Tab
Inside the lead profile, click the Cash Buyers tab.
Step 3: Start the Buyer Search
Click Find Investors for This Deal.
Note: Cash Buyer Search is a credit-based feature and requires available credits on the account.
Step 4: Review Buyer Search Results
The system will generate a list of potential cash buyers related to the property address.
Available Information Includes:
Owner Name
Property Address
Mailing Address
Phone Numbers
Number of Deals in the Last 12 Months
Buyer Type
Purchase Information
Sale Information
Profit Margin
Holding Period
Property Details
Step 5: Filter Buyer Results
Use Manage Filter to narrow down results.
Example Filters:
Buyers with Email Addresses
Buyers with More Than 2 Deals
Specific Buyer Types
Step 6: Apply or Save Filters
Choose one of the following:
Apply Filter immediately
Save Filter for future use
Step 7: Use Map View
Switch to Map View to visualize buyers near the lead property.
The map displays:
The lead property location
Nearby potential buyers
Buyer contact information
Step 8: Review Buyer Details
Click on a buyer record to view:
Contact Information
Deal History
Property Data
Buyer Activity
Step 9: Add Notes or Tags
Users can:
Add notes to buyer records
Add custom tags
Organize buyers for future follow-up
Step 10: Skip Trace Buyers Again (Optional)
If additional contact information is needed, users can run another skip trace on the buyer record.
Step 11: Add Buyers to the Buyers List
To save a buyer permanently:
Add the buyer to your Buyers List
Complete buyer preference details such as:
Target Cities
ZIP Codes
Buy Box Preferences
Step 12: Access Saved Buyers
Once added, buyers will appear under:
Contacts → Buyers
If the buyer already exists in your contacts, clicking the buyer name will open the buyer profile directly.
