How to Use Tasks and Appointments in REsimpli
Step 1: Open the Lead Profile
Go to a lead inside the Active Leads pipeline and open the lead profile.
Step 2: Open the Tasks and Appointments Tab
Click the Tasks and Appointments tab.
Creating Tasks
Step 3: Add a New Task
Click Add Task.
Step 4: Configure the Task Details
Enter the task information, including:
Task Name
Task Type
Task Details
Assigned Role or User
Priority Level
Step 5: Set the Due Date and Time
Choose:
Due Date
Due Time
Time Zone
You can also select preset schedules such as:
1 Hour
1 Day
1 Week
Step 6: Enable User Notifications
Turn on notifications to alert the assigned user through:
SMS
Email
Both SMS and Email
Step 7: Configure Task Reminders
Set reminders before the task due date, such as:
1 Day Before
2 Hours Before
Multiple reminders can be added if needed.
Step 8: Save the Task
Click Create Task to save it.
Completed tasks can later be marked as finished and moved to the Completed tab.
Creating Appointments
Step 9: Add a New Appointment
Under the Appointments section, create a new appointment.
Step 10: Configure Appointment Details
Enter:
Appointment Title
Appointment Type
Description
Assigned User
Appointment Date and Time
Time Zone
Step 11: Check User Availability
If Google Calendar integration is enabled, unavailable time slots will appear grayed out to help avoid double booking.
Step 12: Configure Appointment Reminders
Set reminders for:
Assigned Team Members
Sellers or Leads
Reminders can be sent through:
SMS
Email
Both
Step 13: Customize Seller Reminder Messages
Use an SMS template or create a custom reminder message for the lead.
Step 14: Save the Appointment
Click Save Appointment to finalize the appointment setup.
