How to set up Drips for Buyers

Step 1:
Go to Settings in the lower-left corner.

Step 2:
Under Automation, click Drip Campaigns.

Step 3:
Open the Buyers tab.

Step 4:
Click Add Buyer Drip Campaign.

Step 5:
Under:

Create Drip For Module

select:

Buyers

Step 6:
Enter a campaign name that your team can easily recognize.
Example:

Buyer Criteria Follow-Up

Step 7:
Set the delay for the first step.
Example:

5 minutes after drip activation

Step 8:
Choose an action for the step. Available actions include:

  • Send SMS

  • Create Task

  • Drop RVM (Ringless Voicemail)

  • Send Email

  • Add Tags

  • Activate Another Drip Campaign

Step 9:
If sending an SMS, you can:

  • Select an existing SMS template
    OR

  • Type a custom message

Example:

Hi [First Name], this is Laryn from REsimpli.

You can also use dynamic fields to auto-populate buyer information.

Step 10:
(Optional) Add internal reminder tasks.
Example:

Call buyer to confirm buying criteria

Step 11:
Add additional follow-up steps if needed, such as:

  • More SMS follow-ups

  • Emails

  • RVMs

  • Tags like:

Non-Responsive Buyer

Step 12:
(Optional) Activate another drip campaign at the end of the workflow.

Step 13:
Save the drip campaign.
