How to set up Drips for Vendors

Step 1:
Go to Settings in the lower-left corner.

Step 2:
Under Automation, click Drip Campaigns.

Step 3:
Open the Vendors Drip tab.

Step 4:
Click Add Vendor Drip Campaign.

Step 5:
Enter a campaign name that is easy for your team to recognize.
Example:

Vendor Follow-Up Campaign

Step 6:
Set the delay for the first step.
Example:

5 minutes after drip activation

Step 7:
Choose an action for the step. Available actions include:

  • Send SMS

  • Create Task

  • Send RVM (Ringless Voicemail)

  • Send Email

  • Add Tags

  • Activate Another Drip Campaign

Step 8:
If sending an SMS, you can:

  • Select an existing SMS template
    OR

  • Type a custom message

Example:

Hi [First Name], this is Laryn from REsimpli.

You can use dynamic fields to automatically populate vendor information.

Step 9:
Add additional steps if needed.
Example:

1 day after previous step

Step 10:
(Optional) Create internal reminder tasks for your team.
Example:

Call vendor if no response

Step 11:
(Optional) Add tags automatically during the workflow.
Example:

Unresponsive Vendor

Step 12:
(Optional) Activate another drip campaign at the end of the sequence.

Step 13:
Click Add Campaign to save the drip campaign.

Once saved, the vendor drip campaign will appear in your Vendors Drip dashboard where you can:

  • Edit

  • Duplicate

  • Delete

  • Activate manually

  • Use in automations
