How to Use the General Files Feature in REsimpli
Step 1: Open the General Files Section
Go to Settings, scroll down to Other Settings, and select General Files.
Step 2: Upload Business Files
Use the feature to upload and manage general business documents, such as:
PDFs
Spreadsheets
Other business-related files
General Files are intended for files not related to leads, buyers, or vendors.
Step 3: Organize Files and Folders
You can:
Create folders
Upload individual files
Keep documents organized for easier access
Step 4: Share Folders with Team Members
Click the three dots beside a folder and select Share Folder.
Step 5: Set Folder Permissions
Choose the access level you want to grant:
View Only
View and Add Files
View, Add, and Delete Files
Step 6: Share the Folder Link
Copy the generated share link and send it to team members for easy folder access.
