Step 1: Open the Property Listing
Go to Transaction Management and open the property you want to update.
Step 2: Upload the Video
Before adding the video to the listing:
Open the Files tab
Click New
Select Add File
Upload your video file
Videos must be in MP4 format
Step 3: Open the Listing Tab
After the upload finishes:
Go back to the Listing tab
Scroll down to Pictures and Videos
Step 4: Add the Video to the Listing
Click Add Media
Select the uploaded video
Click Add
The video will now be attached to the listing.
Step 5: Update and Publish
If the listing is already live:
Click Update
Then click Publish Updates
This refreshes the listing on your dispo or buyer website.
Step 6: Verify the Video
Open the listing on your website and refresh the page.
You should now see:
Property photos
The uploaded walkthrough video
The video will appear alongside the listing images.
