Step 1: Open the AI Agent Section
Navigate to the AI Agent section in REsimpli.
Step 2: Open the Call Answer AI Feature
Select:
REsimpli Call Answer AI
Then click Add Assistant.
Step 3: Enter Basic Assistant Information
Fill out the assistant setup details, including:
Assistant Name
Company Name
Company Address
Step 4: Configure the Greeting Message
The AI assistant will automatically introduce itself as an AI phone agent.
Example Greeting:
“Hi, this is Kathy. I’m an AI phone agent with [Company Name] on a recorded line. How can I help you today?”
Note: The AI disclosure message cannot be removed.
Step 5: Add Company Address Information
Enter the business address so the AI can provide location details if callers ask where the company is based.
Step 6: Select the AI Voice
Choose the preferred voice type:
Female Voice
Male Voice
Step 7: Configure AI Questions
Select the questions the AI agent should ask callers.
Notes:
Two questions are required
Additional questions are optional
Step 8: Configure the Call Action
After collecting the caller’s information, choose what the AI should do next.
Available Options:
Transfer the Call to a Phone Number
Send a Booking Link
Inform the Caller Someone Will Call Back
Step 9: Assign a Phone Number
Assign a phone number to the AI assistant.
Step 10: Save the AI Agent
Complete the setup and save the AI assistant configuration.
