Step 1: Open the Lead Record
Navigate to the lead you want to contact.
Step 2: Open the Actions Menu
Inside the lead profile, click:
Actions β Make Call Using AI
Step 3: Select the From Number
The system will automatically select the campaign phone number assigned to the lead.
You can also manually choose a different outbound phone number if needed.
Step 4: Select the Contact Number
Choose the contact number you want the AI to call.
Note: If the lead has multiple contact numbers, you can select the preferred contact.
Step 5: Select the AI Agent
Choose the Voice AI agent that will make the outbound call.
Step 6: Start the AI Call
Check the confirmation box and click:
Make Call
Step 7: AI Begins the Conversation
The AI agent will initiate the outbound call and begin speaking with the lead using the configured script and questions.
Step 8: Review the Call Recording
After the AI call is completed:
The call recording will automatically appear in the lead activity logs
You can replay and review the AI conversation directly from the lead profile
