How to use REsimpli Call Grade AI?

Step 1: Open a Call Recording

Navigate to any lead or call record that contains a recorded phone conversation.

Step 2: Locate the Grading Options

Inside the call recording section, you will see:

  • LM Grade (Lead Manager Grade)

  • AM Grade (Acquisition Manager Grade)

Step 3: Select the Grading Type

Choose which type of grading you want to generate:

  • Lead Manager (LM)

  • Acquisition Manager (AM)

  • Both

Step 4: Generate the AI Call Grade

Click the grading option.

The AI will automatically:

  • Analyze the call recording

  • Score the conversation

  • Generate coaching feedback

Step 5: Review the Lead Manager (LM) Evaluation

The Lead Manager grading reviews:

  • Seller participation

  • Reason for selling

  • Property detail gathering

  • Timeline confirmation

  • Seller price expectations

  • Professionalism and rapport

  • Follow-up scheduling or lead progression

Step 6: Review the Acquisition Manager (AM) Evaluation

The Acquisition Manager grading reviews:

  • Relationship building

  • Seller motivation discovery

  • Property and financial discussions

  • Offer presentation

  • Objection handling

  • Commitment and next steps

  • Deal progression

Step 7: Review the AI Score Breakdown

Each grading report includes:

  • Individual category scores

  • Detailed feedback

  • Suggested improvements

  • Coaching recommendations

Step 8: Review Summary Insights

The AI also provides:

  • Overall Strengths

  • Areas for Improvement

  • Final Thoughts and Coaching Notes
