Step 1: Open the Lead Source Comparison Dashboard

Navigate to:

Data β†’ Comparison Dashboard β†’ Lead Source

Step 2: Review Company-Wide Data

The first row displays the overall company performance metrics.

Step 3: Review Lead Source Performance

The dashboard breaks down performance metrics by each lead source.

Example Lead Sources:

  • Direct Mail

  • PPC

  • Cold Calling

  • Driving for Dollars

  • Referrals

Step 4: Review Performance Categories

The dashboard tracks:

  • Marketing Metrics

  • Sales Metrics

  • Activity Metrics

  • Revenue Metrics

Step 5: Identify Top Performing Lead Sources

Green numbers indicate the top-performing lead source for a specific metric.

Example:

  • Most Leads Assigned

  • Most Connected Calls

  • Highest Revenue

Step 6: Compare Specific Lead Sources

You can filter the dashboard to compare selected lead sources only.

Example:

  • Direct Mail

  • PPC

Step 7: Select a Time Period

Filter dashboard data by:

  • Month

  • Quarter

  • Year

  • Custom Date Range

Step 8: Customize Dashboard Metrics

Choose which metrics to display or hide on the dashboard.

Example:

  • Hide Revenue Metrics

  • Show Activity Metrics Only

  • Show Marketing KPIs Only

Step 9: Save the Dashboard View

Save customized dashboard views for future use.
