Answer 1: There is no maximum number of texts before it's triggered as spam. It depends on the content of the SMS you send and whether you established opt-out/opt-in options in your first SMS to the lead.

Answer 2: The 30-day free trial is applicable for annual plans only.
Question 3: How can we remove the background logo of REsimpli?
Answer 3: If you want to remove the background logo of REsimpli, please email us at support@resimpli.com. Provide us with the logo, and we will create a ticket for our website team to handle. Our backend team is more than happy to assist with updating your logo.
Question 4: What would our whole database look like with the custom questions? I see that when adding a new lead, there is already a set of questions that are pretty much mandatory.
Answer 4: The custom questions will appear in the lead’s profile, based on the custom question fields you set up.
Question 5: How can I import data from an Excel sheet into ‘Warm Leads’?
Answer 5: To import your data from an Excel sheet into ‘Warm Leads,’ you can send us the file in CSV format at support@resimpli.com, and we will import it.

Question 6: Is there a way to move all #235 leads in (New Leads) to (Warm Leads) & enroll all of them in the (Warm Lead) Drip Campaign?
Answer 6: We can request the backend team to bulk transfer leads from New Leads to Warm Leads, provided there's a specific filter to pull up the records. However, bulk activating Drip Campaigns is currently a limitation in the system.
Question 7: I just recorded a new voicemail audio. Can I use this same audio on the other phone numbers without having to rerecord the voicemail audio?
Answer 7: You can use the same voice recording without re-recording the voicemail audio on a different call flow and the phone numbers following that call flow.
Question 8: I would like to transfer an existing phone number from my other CRM Follow-Up Boss to my REsimpli account.
Answer 8: Here is the link to the porting process. Kindly complete and submit the remaining files you haven't sent yet:
Required documents:
a. Completed Number Porting Letter
b. Completed Number Porting File
c. The most recent invoice from your current phone number provider (CallRail, GrassHopper, etc.)
d. PIN information for each number to be ported over. Without the PIN information, the porting request will not be processed promptly.
Question 9: Do email inbound responses from leads come in through REsimpli?
Answer 9: All inbound emails from leads will come into the email provider you use. For example, if you use Gmail as your email provider, all lead responses will be sent directly to your Gmail inbox.
