How to Cancel Your REsimpli Account

Learn how to cancel your REsimpli subscription from your account settings.

We're sorry to see you go! If you've decided to cancel your REsimpli subscription, you can do so directly from your account in just a few steps.

Before you cancel, please note:

  • All phone numbers will be released permanently — they cannot be recovered after cancellation.

  • Your data and files will be deleted after 30 days. Export anything you need before canceling.

  • You'll lose access to all premium features.

Step 1: Open Billing Details

  1. Log in to your REsimpli account. (Note: only the main user can cancel the subscription.)

  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select Billing Details.

Step 2: Click "Cancel Subscription"

On the Billing Details page, you'll see your saved payment cards. Click the Cancel Subscription button in the top-right corner of the page.

Step 3: Confirm the Cancellation

A confirmation window will appear summarizing what happens when you cancel:

  • All phone numbers will be released permanently

  • Your data and files will be deleted after 30 days

  • You'll lose access to all premium features

To proceed, click Continue and follow the remaining prompts. If you change your mind, click Keep subscription.

What Happens After You Cancel

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded, your phone numbers will be released, and your data will be permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation.
