Overview
Some REsimpli features use credits, such as calling, texting, and email. When you run out, those features stop working.
This page shows you how to check what you have left, buy more, and set up automatic top-ups so you do not run out in the middle of your work.
Steps
Step 1: Open your credits page
Click the dollar sign icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Check what you have left
You will see every type of credit on your account and how much of each is left.
For example, you can see how many calling minutes you have remaining, and do the same for your other credit types.
Adding Credits Yourself
Step 3: Choose what to buy
Click the plus sign next to the credit you want to add.
You will see the amount due and how many credits will be added to your account.
Step 4: Add other credits (optional)
You can buy more than one type at a time. For example, you can also add SMS credits.
Your total will update as you go.
Step 5: Pay
Click Pay Now.
Your credits will be added to your account.
Setting Up Automatic Top-Ups
Auto-renewal buys credits for you automatically when your balance drops to a level you choose. That level is called your safety threshold.
Step 6: Choose how to set it up
You have two choices:
Turn it on for everything. Click the option to enable it for all your credit types at once. REsimpli will apply a safety threshold and a top-up amount across the board.
Turn it on for certain credits only. Enable it one credit type at a time, and set each one yourself.
Step 7: Set your thresholds
For each credit type, choose the level that triggers a top-up, and how many credits to add.
For example, you could set:
Calling minutes to top up when they drop to 15 minutes
SMS credits to top up when they drop to 30
Email credits to top up when they drop below 50
Set whatever numbers suit how you work.
Step 8: Let your changes save
There is no Save button on this page. Your changes save automatically as you make them.
Important Notes
Credit-based features stop working when you run out. Checking your balance before a big calling or emailing session saves you an interruption.
Auto-renewal is the easiest way to avoid running out. It buys credits for you before you hit zero.
You can set a different threshold and top-up amount for each credit type. They do not have to match.
There is no Save button. Your settings save as you enter them.
When adding credits by hand, check the amount due and the number of credits before you click Pay Now.
Troubleshooting
A feature has stopped working
You may be out of credits for it. Click the dollar sign in the upper-right corner and check that credit type.
You keep running out of credits
Set up auto-renewal. Pick a threshold that gives you enough warning, and REsimpli will top you up automatically.
You cannot find the Save button
There isn't one. This page saves your changes on its own.
You only want automatic top-ups on some credits
Enable auto-renewal one credit type at a time instead of turning it on for everything.
You are not sure how many credits you are buying
The number of credits being added and the amount due are both shown before you pay. Check them before clicking Pay Now.
Summary
You checked and topped up your credits. You opened the credits page from the dollar sign in the upper-right corner and reviewed what was left on each credit type. You added credits by hand using the plus sign and Pay Now, and set up auto-renewal so REsimpli buys more for you whenever a balance drops to the level you chose.
