Overview
List Stacking has a dedicated view for mailing addresses, so you can see just the postal details for your prospects instead of scrolling through every column.
You would use this when planning direct mail or when you need to check which of your records have a usable mailing address.
Steps
Step 1: Open List Stacking
Go to List Stacking.
Step 2: Open the mailing address view
Click Mailing Address.
You will now see the mailing addresses for the prospects in your list stacking records.
Step 3: Narrow your results
Use the smart filters to find the records you want. You can filter by:
Mailing address status
City
State
Zip code
County name
Important Notes
This view shows the prospects already in your List Stacking records.
Mailing address status is the filter to use when you want to separate usable addresses from ones that are missing or unverified.
You can combine filters to narrow down to a specific area, such as a single county or zip code.
Troubleshooting
You cannot find the Mailing Address view
Make sure you are inside List Stacking first, then click Mailing Address.
No records are showing
Your filters may be too narrow. Clear them and add one at a time.
Some prospects have no mailing address
Filter by mailing address status to see which records are missing one. Skip tracing can find contact details for records with thin data.
Summary
You opened the mailing address view in List Stacking. You went to List Stacking, clicked Mailing Address, and used the smart filters to narrow your prospects by mailing address status, city, state, zip code, or county.
