Overview
Marking a lead as hot flags it as one that needs your attention now — a seller who is clearly interested and ready to make a decision.
Once leads are marked, you can show only those leads with a single click, so nothing urgent gets buried.
Steps
Part 1: Mark a Lead as Hot
Step 1: Open the lead
Open the property you want to flag.
Step 2: Mark it
Click the Hot Lead action button.
Click Mark as Hot Lead.
A fire icon will appear on the lead, showing it is marked.
Step 3: Unmark it later
If the lead is no longer urgent, you can remove the flag two ways:
Click the fire icon on the lead, or
Open the Actions tab and unmark it as a hot lead
Part 2: See Only Your Hot Leads
Step 4: Turn on the hot lead filter
Click the fire icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
This filters your account so you only see leads marked as hot.
Step 5: Turn the filter off
Click it again to clear the filter.
All your leads will come back.
Important Notes
The fire icon on a lead tells you at a glance that it is marked as hot.
The fire icon in the top-right corner is the filter. It is a different thing from the icon on the lead itself.
Marking and unmarking are both manual. A lead stays hot until you change it.
Unmark leads once they are no longer urgent, or the filter stops being useful.
Troubleshooting
You cannot tell whether a lead is marked
Look for the fire icon on the lead. If it is there, the lead is marked as hot.
You can only see some of your leads
The hot lead filter may still be on. Click the fire icon in the top-right corner to clear it.
A lead should no longer be marked as hot
Click the fire icon on the lead, or use the Actions tab to unmark it.
Summary
You marked and filtered your hot leads. You opened a lead, used the Hot Lead action button to mark it, and saw the fire icon appear. You then clicked the fire icon in the top-right corner to show only your hot leads, and clicked it again to bring your full list back.
