Overview
Flagging a conversation marks it as one you need to come back to. You can then filter your inbox to show only flagged conversations.
It works across all three inbox tabs.
Steps
Part 1: Flag a Conversation
Step 1: Open the conversation
Go to your Inbox, choose the tab you want — External, Internal, or List Stacking — and open the conversation.
Step 2: Flag it
Click the flag button.
A banner appears on the conversation confirming it has been flagged.
Part 2: View Only Flagged Conversations
Step 3: Apply a filter
With your inbox open, apply a filter.
Step 4: Filter by activity status
Select Activity Status.
Select Flagged.
Click Continue.
Your inbox now shows only flagged conversations.
Step 5: Remove the filter
Click the button to remove the filter and return to your full inbox.
Important Notes
Flagging is a manual marker. Nothing is flagged automatically, so it means exactly what your team decides it means.
The banner on a conversation confirms it is flagged when you are inside it.
Flagging works across all three tabs, so you can flag a team conversation as readily as a seller one.
Flagged and unread are different markers. Flagged survives reading the message.
Troubleshooting
You cannot see the flag on a conversation
Open the conversation itself. The banner appears inside it.
Your filter is showing everything
Check you selected Flagged under Activity Status, and clicked Continue.
You want your normal inbox back
Click the button to remove the filter.
You want a marker that survives reading
Use flagging rather than marking as unread. Reading a flagged conversation does not clear the flag.
Summary
You flagged and filtered conversations. You opened a conversation from your chosen inbox tab and clicked the flag button, confirmed by the banner. You then applied a filter, chose Activity Status and Flagged, and clicked Continue to see only flagged conversations — removing the filter when you were done.
