How to Assign Multiple Users to a List Stacking Record in REsimpli

Written by Anthony Estrada

Overview

A List Stacking record is not limited to one person. You can assign several team members to the same property.

The same place also lets you remove someone from a record.

Assign Several People

Step 1: Open the record

In List Stacking, click the property address.

Step 2: Go to the Teams tab

Click the Teams tab.

Step 3: Click Manage Member

Click Manage Member.

Step 4: Select the people you want

Select more than one team member.

Step 5: Save

Click Save.

Everyone you selected is now assigned to that record.

Remove Someone From a Record

Step 1: Go to the Teams tab

Open the record and click the Teams tab.

Step 2: Click the delete button

Click the delete button beside the team member you want to remove.

They are no longer assigned to that record.

Important Notes

  • Assignments are shown by user on the Teams tab, so you can see everyone attached to a record at a glance.

  • More than one person per record is supported, which suits a property several people are working — one calling, one researching.

  • Shared ownership can mean no ownership. If three people are assigned and none of them is clearly leading, a record can sit untouched while everyone assumes someone else has it. Assign several people deliberately, not by default.

  • Removing someone is done on the same tab. There is no separate unassign screen.

  • Removing someone does not delete the record — it only changes who it is assigned to.

  • Assigning does not notify anyone. Tell your team, or agree a routine for checking assigned records.

Troubleshooting

You can only select one person

  • Keep selecting. Multiple users can be added in the same Manage Member dialog before you save.

You cannot find how to unassign someone

  • Go to the Teams tab on the record and click the delete button beside their name.

You removed the wrong person

  • Click Manage Member and add them back.

A record is assigned to several people and nobody has worked it

  • Decide who is leading. Multiple assignment shows who is involved; it does not decide who acts.

You cannot find the Teams tab

  • Open the record by clicking its property address first.

Your team member is not selectable

  • Check they have been added as a user under Manage Users and Roles.
