From the New REsimpli Live Unveiling sessions, September 8–11, 2026.
Is direct mail included in the new plans?
No. Direct mail is a paid add-on and is not unlimited. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
How much does direct mail cost?
One-off mail sent from a lead is $1 per piece. Bulk mail sent from List Stacking is significantly cheaper — Sharad indicated it can be around fifty cents. Full pricing was deferred to September 12. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
Can I send direct mail straight from List Stacking?
Yes. Select the records and create a campaign, choosing the number of mailings, the templates, and your sender information. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
Can I automatically exclude people I no longer want to mail?
Yes. Suppression rules exclude records that opt out, become leads, have returned mail, have bad addresses, or are deleted. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
How long does a mail piece take to go out?
Around two to three business days, not the ten days some customers experienced previously. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
Can I track direct mail delivery, and where does the tracking come from?
Yes, when mail is sent from within REsimpli. Tracking comes from USPS, and statuses include order placed, pending, processing, mailing, delivered, and not delivered. Mail sent through a third-party provider cannot be tracked in REsimpli. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
Who does REsimpli use for direct mail?
Postcard Mania for direct mail and Ballpoint Marketing for handwritten letters. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
Can I use my own custom mail template?
Yes, with help from support — send your template to the team and they will add it to your account. Designing a custom template yourself inside the system is not available at launch. One-off mail from a lead uses REsimpli's own templates, and more are being added. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
Can I record delivery data from a third-party mail provider?
Yes, by creating a custom field and updating it yourself. Delivery status is only populated automatically when mail is sent through REsimpli. (Day 3 Webinar, Sept 10)
