How to Assign Roles to Sub-Users for Task Assignment in REsimpli

Step 1: Open the Manage Users Page

Go to Settings, then select Manage Users.

Step 2: Add or Edit a Sub-User

Create a new sub-user or select an existing user to update their roles.

Step 3: Assign User Roles

Under Role Assignment, assign one or multiple roles to the user, such as:

  • Acquisition Manager

  • Cold Caller

  • Lead Manager

Step 4: Configure Market and Campaign Access

For each role, select:

  • The markets the user belongs to

  • The campaigns the user can access

Step 5: Add the User to the Lead Team Tab

To assign lead-specific tasks, the user must be added to the lead’s Team tab under the appropriate role.

Step 6: Assign Tasks to the User

Go to the lead’s Tasks and Appointments tab and click Add Task.

Only users assigned in the lead’s Team tab will appear as available options for task assignment.

Step 7: Update Team Members if Needed

If a role assignment changes in the Team tab, the available task assignment options will automatically update.

Step 8: Contact Support if Needed

Use the Help Desk icon for live chat, email, SMS support, or to schedule a support call.
