Step 1: Create a New Zap in Zapier
Log in to your Zapier account and click:
Create Zap
Step 2: Select Mojo as the Trigger App
Search for and select:
Mojo
Step 3: Choose the Trigger Event
Under Trigger Event, select:
New Contact in Group
Then click Continue.
Step 4: Understand How the Trigger Works
In Mojo, leads can be organized into Groups.
These groups can act as:
Lead Dispositions
Lead Statuses
Workflow Stages
Step 5: Connect Your Mojo Account
Click Sign In to Mojo and authorize your Mojo account in Zapier.
Then click Continue.
Step 6: Select the Mojo Group
Choose the specific Mojo group that should trigger lead creation in REsimpli.
Example Groups:
Hot Leads
Warm Leads
Dead Leads
Follow-Up Leads
Note: You can create separate Zaps for different Mojo groups and map them to different workflows inside REsimpli.
Step 7: Configure Lead Workflow Logic
Example setup:
Hot Leads → Push to Active Leads in REsimpli
Warm Leads → Push to Follow-Up Pipeline
Dead Leads → Push to Dead Leads Workflow
Step 8: Add a Test Contact in Mojo
Inside Mojo:
Open a contact
Move the contact into the selected trigger group
Example: Hot Lead Group
This action triggers Zapier to receive the lead data.
Step 9: Test the Trigger in Zapier
Back in Zapier, click:
Test Trigger
Zapier should now pull lead information from Mojo.
Example Data Received:
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Property Information
Contact Details
Step 10: Add REsimpli as the Action App
For Step 2 in Zapier:
Search for REsimpli 2.0
Select it as the Action App
Step 11: Configure the Action Event
Under Action Event, select:
Create Lead
Then click Continue.
Step 12: Connect Your REsimpli Account
Connect your REsimpli account using your API Token.
To Generate an API Token:
Open REsimpli
Click your profile icon
Go to API Token
Generate and copy the token
Paste it into Zapier
Step 13: Map the Mojo Fields to REsimpli
Map the Mojo lead fields into REsimpli lead fields.
Common Fields:
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Property Address
Lead Source
Notes
Campaign Information
Step 14: Test the Lead Creation
Click:
Continue
Test Action
Verify that the lead is successfully created inside REsimpli.
Step 15: Turn On the Zap
Once the test is successful, enable the Zap.
