Procedure
Call Scripts - are the scripts used when doing cold calling in the List Stacking or cold-calling dialer.
Upload your call scripts by following these guidelines.
Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the bottom left corner. A new window will open.
2. Click ‘Call Scripts’ in the ‘List Stacking’ tab.
3. Click ‘Add Script’ in the top right section.
4. Fill out the fields. Enter the script title and script contents.
5. Hit ‘Add Script.’
