Answer:

Go to ‘Marketing’ in the left sidebar menu.
Click ‘List Stacking.’

3. Click the ‘Property Addresses’ tab and select the records you want to add to your dialer.

4. Once the records are selected, click the "Action" button at the top right and click "Send to Dialer."
