Step 1:
Click the Calendar icon in the top-right corner of ReSimply.
Step 2:
View all appointments scheduled inside the system.
The calendar displays:
Lead appointments
Walkthroughs
Team schedules
Step 3:
(Optional) Sync your ReSimply calendar with Google Calendar.
This allows:
Personal appointments to appear in ReSimply
ReSimply appointments to sync to Google Calendar
Step 4:
Set your availability.
Go to:
Calendar → Set Availability
Step 5:
Choose your:
Time zone
Available days
Available hours
Example:
Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Appointments outside these hours will automatically be blocked.
Step 6:
Use different calendar views.
Available views:
Day View
Week View
List View
Step 7:
Click any appointment to open the related lead record.
From there you can:
View lead details
Add notes
Review appointment information
Step 8:
Filter calendars by team member.
You can:
View your own calendar
View another user’s schedule
Compare multiple team calendars at once
Step 9:
Navigate between dates and months using the calendar controls.
