How to Use the Lead Details Page in REsimpli
Step 1: Open a Lead Profile
Go to the Active Leads pipeline and click on a lead to open its profile.
Step 2: Review General Lead Information
The Lead Details tab displays:
Seller Contact Information
Property Information
Mailing Address
Owner Details
Lead Tags and Statuses
Most property details are automatically populated after entering the property address.
Step 3: Add Additional Contacts
You can add secondary contacts by entering:
Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Additional contacts can also be marked as the primary contact.
Step 4: Communicate with the Lead
Use the contact options to:
Call
Send SMS
Send Email
You can use templates or create messages manually.
Step 5: Update Property and Custom Question Details
Edit property information and answer custom lead questions such as:
Property Condition
Motivation
Foundation Type
Basement Details
Step 6: Manage Communication History
The Communication tab stores:
Calls
SMS Conversations
Recordings
Call Transcripts
Email Activity
Step 7: Add Internal Notes
Use the Notes tab to:
Add internal updates
Mention team members
Track conversations and follow-ups
Step 8: Review System Activity
The All tab displays:
Communication History
Notes
System Updates
Drip Campaign Activity
Lead Import Activity
