How to Use the Portfolio Tab in REsimpli
Step 1: Open a Lead Profile
Go to the Active Leads pipeline and open a lead profile.
Step 2: Open the Portfolio Tab
Click the Portfolio tab inside the lead profile.
Step 3: Review Related Properties
The Portfolio tab displays other properties that may belong to the same owner based on public records.
You can view:
Property Addresses
Property Types
Estimated Values
Ownership Information
Lead Status
Step 4: Switch Between Portfolio Views
You can view:
Not in Your Leads β Properties not yet added to your CRM
Already in Your Leads β Properties already added to your CRM
Step 5: Add a Portfolio Property as a Lead
Click Add to Lead beside a property to create a new lead from the portfolio list.
Step 6: Configure the New Lead
When adding the property, you can:
Assign a Lead Status
Select a Campaign
Add Tags
Activate a Drip Campaign
Step 7: Save the New Lead
Once saved, the property will appear in your Active Leads pipeline as a new lead profile.
Step 8: Review Connected Contact Information
Related portfolio properties may share the same owner contact information, helping you identify connected properties and opportunities.
Step 9: Use Portfolio for Prospecting
The Portfolio feature can help with:
Circle Prospecting
Identifying Additional Opportunities
Managing Multiple Properties Owned by the Same Seller
