How to Save External Links in REsimpli
Step 1: Open the Custom Questions Page
Go to Settings, then select Custom Questions.
Step 2: Create a New Custom Question
Click Add Custom Question.
Step 3: Configure the Custom Question
Enter:
A Question Name (example: External Links)
Placeholder Text (optional)
Step 4: Save the Custom Question
Save the new custom question.
Step 5: Open or Create a Lead
Create a new lead or open an existing lead profile.
Step 6: Add the External Link
Paste the external URL into the custom question field.

Step 7: Access the Clickable Link
Once saved, the external link becomes clickable and opens in a new browser tab.
Step 8: Alternative Method Using Notes
You can also save external links inside the lead’s Notes section.
Step 9: Pin Important Notes (Optional)
Pin notes containing important links for quick access.
Step 10: Contact Support if Needed
