Step 1: Open the Dialer
Go to the Marketing menu and access the Dialer.
Step 2: Select a List
Choose the list you want to call from and begin the dialing session.
Step 3: Start Calling
Click Continue to open the Dialer Setup Interface and begin calling leads.
Step 4: Select a Call Disposition
After completing a call, choose the appropriate call result or disposition.
Example Dispositions:
Property Sold
Not Interested
Remove from Marketing
Step 5: Save the Call Result
Apply the selected disposition to the lead after the call is completed.
Step 6: Exclude Leads by Call Status
During your next dialing session setup:
Select Exclude by Call Status
Choose the dispositions you want excluded from future calls

Result
Leads with the selected dispositions will no longer appear during future dialing sessions, helping avoid repeated calls to unwanted or closed prospects.
