Step 1: Open the AI Agent Section
Navigate to the AI Agent section in REsimpli.
Step 2: Open Voice Follow-Up AI
Select:
REsimpli Voice Follow AI
Then click Add Follow-Up AI.
Step 3: Enter Basic Assistant Information
Fill out the assistant setup details, including:
Assistant Name
Company Name
Company Website
Office Address
Step 4: Configure the AI Introduction
The AI assistant will automatically introduce itself during outbound calls.
Example With Property Address:
“Hi, this is Jane, an AI phone agent with Max House Buyer on a recorded line regarding your property at 123 Main Street.”
Example Without Property Address:
“Hi, this is Jane, an AI phone agent with Max House Buyer on a recorded line following up about selling your house.”
Step 5: Select the AI Voice
Choose the preferred voice type:
Female Voice
Male Voice
Step 6: Configure AI Follow-Up Questions
Select the questions the AI agent should ask during the call.
You can choose from multiple follow-up and qualification questions depending on your workflow.
Step 7: Configure Actions for Interested Sellers
If the seller is interested, choose what should happen next.
Available Options:
Transfer the Call
Send a Booking Link
Notify the Seller That Someone Will Call Back
Step 8: Configure Actions for Future Follow-Up Leads
If the seller is not ready now but open to future follow-up, configure follow-up actions.
Available Options:
Add a Task
Add Tags
Add to Drip Campaign
Move to Another Status
Step 9: Configure Actions for Uninterested Sellers
If the seller is not interested, choose how the lead should be handled.
Available Options:
Move to Dead Lead
Add Tags
Add to Drip Campaign
Do Nothing
Step 10: Configure No-Answer Actions
If the call is not answered, select what the AI should do.
Available Options:
Leave Voicemail
Send SMS
Add Tags
Add to Drip Campaign
Do Nothing
Step 11: Configure AI Voicemail Scripts
Customize the voicemail message the AI leaves when no one answers.
Example With Property Address:
“Hi Joe, this is Jane with Max House Buyer calling about your property at 123 Main Street.”
Example Without Property Address:
“Hi Joe, this is Jane with Max House Buyer calling about your property.”
Step 12: Save the Voice Follow-Up AI Agent
Save the AI assistant configuration after completing all settings.
