How to add Voice Follow AI to Drip Campaigns?

Step 1: Open Your Drip Campaign

Navigate to the drip campaign you want to edit or create.

Step 2: Add or Edit a Campaign Step

Go to the step where you want the AI outbound call to occur.

Step 3: Select the Outbound Voice AI Action

In the campaign step options, choose:

Outbound Voice AI

Step 4: Select the AI Agent

Choose the Voice AI agent you want to use for the outbound call.

Note: You can create and use multiple AI agents with different voices and scripts.

Step 5: Configure the AI Call Timing

Set when the AI call should occur within the drip campaign timeline.

Example Workflow:

  • Send SMS after 1 month

  • Wait 3 months

  • Trigger AI outbound follow-up call

Step 6: Configure the AI Call Behavior

The AI call will automatically:

  • Use the lead’s campaign phone number

  • Follow the AI agent’s configured script

  • Ask qualification questions

  • Execute the configured automation actions

Step 7: Customize AI Follow-Up Strategies

You can create different follow-up experiences by using:

  • Male or Female AI voices

  • Different AI question sets

  • Voicemail drops

  • SMS follow-ups

  • Additional automation workflows

Step 8: Save the Drip Campaign

Save or update the drip campaign after configuring the AI call step.
