Step 1: Open the Campaign
Navigate to the campaign you want to connect with the Speed-to-Lead AI.

Step 2: Open Campaign Configuration
Inside the campaign settings, click Configure or Reconfigure.
Note: The first time setup will require full configuration.
Step 3: Select the Lead Source Integration
Choose the integration source you want to use.

Step 4: Enable Speed-to-Lead AI
Turn on:
Speed-to-Lead AI Agent
Step 5: Select the AI Agent
Choose which AI agent should handle inbound lead calls.
Note: You can create multiple AI agents, but only one can be assigned per campaign at a time.
Step 6: Configure Manual Speed-to-Lead (Optional)
You can also enable:
Manual Speed-to-Lead
This allows team members to receive live call connection attempts.
Step 7: Understand the Call Routing Workflow
During Business Hours (8 AM β 8 PM)
The AI agent automatically calls the seller
Manual Speed-to-Lead can also call assigned team members
If a team member answers, they are connected with the seller
Outside Business Hours
Manual Speed-to-Lead will not trigger
The AI agent will still place the outbound follow-up call
Step 8: Select Team Members for Manual Calls
Choose which users should receive Manual Speed-to-Lead connection attempts.
Step 9: Save the Campaign Configuration
Save the campaign settings after selecting the AI agent and call routing options.
Step 10: Test the AI Workflow
Submit a test lead through:
Website Form
Zapier Automation
Web Form Integration
The system will:
Create the lead automatically
Trigger the Speed-to-Lead AI call
Record the conversation inside the lead profile
