Spam Status and Remediation
Where do I check whether my number is marked as spam?
The Spam Check section in your REsimpli account. It shows either Good or N/A. 📄 Spam Status and Remediation guide
What does an N/A status mean?
Usually that the number is newly purchased and the status has not updated yet. Allow up to 7 days. 📄 Spam Status and Remediation guide
My status is still N/A after 7 days.
Contact support@resimpli.com for help. 📄 Spam Status and Remediation guide
My calls show as Spam or Scam Likely. What do I do?
Contact support with your business email, company name, DBA if applicable, contact number, business address, website, EIN, and employee count so remediation can begin. 📄 Spam Status and Remediation guide
My status says Good but recipients still see a spam label.
Send a screenshot showing the label on the recipient's phone. The issue will be investigated and remediation started. 📄 Spam Status and Remediation guide
How long does spam remediation take?
Not instant. Some improvement may show within days or weeks, but full propagation across all carriers, analytics providers, and devices can take several months. 📄 Spam Status and Remediation guide
Remediation is complete but my calls are still labelled. Why?
Labels may already have been removed while devices and carrier databases continue showing cached information. During this period some recipients see the old label and others the new one. 📄 Spam Status and Remediation guide
What does registration with First Orion do?
It helps major carriers recognise your business and reduces the chance of being labelled as spam. It does not guarantee immediate removal of existing labels, as each carrier updates independently. 📄 Spam Status and Remediation guide
I've waited and the label is still there.
Contact support@resimpli.com with your phone number, a screenshot of the label on the recipient's device, and the carrier if you know it. 📄 Spam Status and Remediation guide
