Overview
You can pull up every lead tied to a particular marketing campaign — across all your pipelines, not just the one you are looking at.
This is how you see what a campaign has actually produced.
Steps
Step 1: Go to the All Leads pipeline
Open the All Leads pipeline.
This step matters. Filtering from All Leads returns matching leads from every pipeline. Filtering from inside a single pipeline only returns that pipeline's leads.
Step 2: Add a filter
Add a filter.
Step 3: Select Campaign
Select Campaign, then Campaign Name.
Step 4: Select the campaign
Select the specific campaign whose leads you want to see.
Step 5: Add other parameters if you need them
You can add more parameters at this point — for example a status or a date range — or leave it as it is.
Step 6: Continue and apply
Click Continue, then apply the filter.
You will now see every lead tied to that campaign, across all pipelines.
Step 7: Check a lead
Open any lead in the results and you will see it is tied to that campaign.
Important Notes
Start from All Leads to search across pipelines. This is the difference between "what has this campaign produced" and "what has this campaign produced that is still in this one pipeline."
Leads with no campaign will not appear in any campaign filter. If your counts look low, some leads may have been added without a campaign selected.
You can combine campaign with other parameters to answer more specific questions — for example, leads from one campaign that reached a particular status.
Save the filter if you check a campaign regularly. Saving requires a name and a description.
This filter answers the question campaigns exist for. Creating campaigns without ever filtering on them gives you the admin cost of source tracking and none of the benefit.
Troubleshooting
Your results are missing leads you expected
Check you started from the All Leads pipeline. Filtering from a single pipeline limits the results to that pipeline.
A lead you know came from the campaign is not showing
Open the lead and check which campaign it is tied to. It may have been added without a campaign, or with a different one.
Your campaign is not in the list
Check the campaign exists under Settings → Communication and Marketing → Marketing Campaigns, and that it was created for leads rather than another contact type.
Your filter is showing everything
Check you clicked Continue and applied the filter.
The numbers do not match your reporting
Check whether leads are being added without a campaign. Blank campaigns are excluded from every campaign filter, so your best-tracked sources will look better than they are.
You want this view regularly
Save the filter rather than rebuilding it. You will need a name and a description.
Summary
You filtered your leads by marketing campaign. You opened the All Leads pipeline so the results covered every pipeline, added a filter, selected Campaign and then Campaign Name, chose the campaign, and clicked Continue to apply it. The results showed every lead tied to that campaign, and opening any one of them confirmed the campaign on the record.
