Overview
On map view, each property pin takes the colour of the status the lead is currently in. New Leads shows in teal by default.
You control those colours by editing the statuses themselves. There is no separate map colour setting.
Steps
Step 1: Open your pipeline in map view
Open the pipeline and switch to map view.
Each property appears as a pin, coloured by its status.
Step 2: Find the status you want to change
Identify the status whose colour you want to change — for example New Leads.
Step 3: Click the three dots
Click the three dots on that status.
Step 4: Change the colour
Choose a new colour.
You can pick one of the available colours, or add a custom colour.
Step 5: Click Update
Click Update.
Step 6: Check the map
Go back to map view. Properties in that status now show in the new colour.
Click a property to confirm its status and see its details.
Important Notes
There is no separate map colour setting. The map reads the status colours, so this is done by editing statuses.
The colour belongs to the status, not to the map. Changing it changes how that status appears wherever it is shown, not only on the map.
Choose colours that are easy to tell apart at a glance. The point of the map is reading your pipeline geographically in one look — five similar blues defeats it entirely.
Custom colours are available if the presets do not give you enough separation.
Use colour to show progression. Making early statuses one colour family and late-stage statuses another lets you see at a glance where a whole area stands.
Consider colour vision when choosing. Red and green as your two key statuses will be indistinguishable to some of your team.
Troubleshooting
The map colours did not change
Click Update after choosing the colour, then return to map view.
You cannot find the three dots on a status
Status customization options appear in grid view. If the controls are missing, check which view you are in.
All your pins look similar
Your statuses are using colours that are too close together. Edit them and pick colours with more contrast.
You changed a colour and it looks different elsewhere
The colour is a property of the status itself, so it applies wherever that status is displayed.
You want a colour that is not offered
Add a custom colour.
Your team cannot tell two statuses apart on the map
Pick more distinct colours, and avoid relying on red versus green as your main distinction.

Summary
