Step 1: Open Email Marketing
Go to the Marketing menu and select Email Marketing.
Step 2: Create an Audience List
Before sending a campaign, create an audience list.
Click Add Audience
Ensure the audience includes contacts with email addresses
Apply filters or tags to select the desired buyers
Click Continue
Enter a filter or audience name
Click Apply Filter
The audience list will now be saved.
Step 3: Create an Email Campaign
Go to the Campaigns section
Click Create Campaign
Step 4: Enter Campaign Details
Fill out the campaign information, including:
Campaign Name
Audience List
Property Selection (optional)
If sending emails for a specific property:
Enable the property-specific option
Select the property
This allows property information fields to populate automatically.
Step 5: Configure Sender Details
Enter the sender information:
Email Subject
Preview Text (optional)
From Email
From Name
Office Address
Step 6: Select or Customize the Email Design
Choose one of the following:
Pre-made Template
Blank Design
If using a blank design:
Drag and drop content blocks
Add images
Add text
Customize layouts
Users can also:
Change logos
Update property details
Edit wording
Add property images
Add document links
Customize pricing and descriptions
Step 7: Add Property Images or Documents
To add images or documents:
Open the property files section
Copy the shareable file link
Paste the link into the email template
Step 8: Preview the Email
Click Preview to review the email layout on:
Desktop
Mobile
Step 9: Review Campaign Summary
Click Continue to review:
Campaign Name
Audience
Email Design
Sender Information
Step 10: Send or Schedule the Campaign
Choose one of the following options:
Send Test Email
Send a preview email to yourself before launching the campaign.
Schedule Campaign
Select a future date and time for sending.
Send Immediately
Click Send Email to launch the campaign immediately.
Step 11: Monitor Campaign Performance
After sending, open the campaign details to view metrics such as:
Delivery Rate
Open Rate
Click Rate
Unsubscribe Rate
Processing Status
Result
The bulk email campaign will be sent to the selected buyers audience and tracked within the Email Marketing dashboard.
