How to Remove a Lead from Open Status in REsimpli
Step 1: Open the Main Leads Page
Go to the main Leads page in REsimpli.
Step 2: Locate the Open Badge
Find the lead with the Open badge or status indicator.
Step 3: Remove the Open Status
Click directly on the Open badge.
You do not need to open the lead profile to remove the status.
Step 4: Verify the Update
Once clicked:
The lead will be removed from the Open status
The Open leads count will automatically update
Step 5: Repeat as Needed
You can quickly remove the Open status from multiple leads directly from the leads page.
Step 6: Contact Support if Needed
