How to Create a New Campaign in REsimpli

Step 1: Open Phone Number Settings

Go to Settings in the lower-left corner, then select Phone Numbers.

Step 2: Add a New Phone Number

Under the For Leads tab, click Add Numbers.

Step 3: Configure the Campaign

Select:

  • Number type (Seller, Buyer, Vendor, or Dialer)

  • Campaign Name

  • Lead Source

Step 4: Choose a Phone Number

Search by area name and select the phone number you want to purchase for the campaign.

Step 5: Assign a Call Flow

Select the call flow that incoming calls for this campaign should route to.

Step 6: Configure Lead Assignment

Choose how leads will be assigned:

  • Round Robin

  • First to Claim

  • Manual Assignment

Then select the user roles that will manage the leads.

Step 7: Confirm the Campaign

Click the checkbox and confirm to create the new campaign.

Step 8: Contact Support if Needed

Use the Help Desk icon for live chat, email, SMS support, or to schedule a support call.
