If you want to view all the calls made by a team member and their leads, follow these steps:
Navigate to ‘Marketing’ and select ‘Dialer.’
Click the ‘Call Logs’ tab.
Click the ‘Filter’ icon in the top right corner.
Set the filters to ‘Assignee’ > ‘Select Assignee(s)’ and check the team member's name.
Hit ‘Apply Filter.’
You can now listen to the calls and view the leads of your team members.
